Management
Information System is the support system of the SSA programme. Under
this programme, school information and village information are collected
from all the Government, Aided, Private schools and census villages of 9
districts of Manipur. The collected data are computerized by the Data
Entry Operators of the district concerned at the State Project Office,
Imphal. An orientation cum workshop on DISE software operation were held
at State Project Office, Imphal form 2nd to 3rd
March, 2006 and 4th to 6th October, 2006.
The SSA, State Mission Authority Manipur had
already invited proposals for 5% Sample Checking of DISE and child
wise information based on 30th September, 2006 from the
registered Research Organization for verification of data.
